SACRIFICE OF PRAISE
Hebrews
13:15,16
By him
therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the
fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
But to do
good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

I always felt that something was missing from this picture
that was painted and presented to me.
Matthew
5:17
Think
not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to
destroy, but to fulfil.
Yahushua and his
disciples kept the scriptural Feasts as well as paul and the disciples after Ha
Mashiach had ascended to heaven.
Act 18:21
But bade
them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep this feast that cometh in
Jerusalem: but I will return again unto you, if God will. And he sailed from
Ephesus.
There are prophecies in the Old Testament that are still to
be fulfilled. So, if this is true how can one say things in the Old Testament
do not apply to us in the present day?
Through much study I have come to believe that the only
thing done away with at the cross was the sacrificial and ceremonial parts of
the Feasts but not the feasts themselves.
Yahushua himself gave the example.
He was the last/final sacrifice = No more killing lambs
He was the bread of life = No more barley,
wheat, bread
Fruit Offerings
= Represented now by eating of
unleavened bread,
this is my body
take, eat in remembrance of me.
He shed his own blood = No more lamb, goat, heafer…etc
Blood.
= Represented now by
the drinking
of wine.
Take, drink for this is my
blood.
Hebrews
13:15,16
By him
therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the
fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
But to do
good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well
pleased.
What do we sacrifice? ---------- PRAISE to GOD CONTINUALLY
We are sacrificing
our time
What are our freewill offerings? -------The FRUIT of our
LIPS GIVING
THANKS TO HIS
NAME
Mat 9:13
But
go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice:
for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Mat 9:13 ButG1161 goG4198 ye and learnG3129 whatG5101 that meaneth,G2076 I willG2309 have mercy,G1656 andG2532 notG3756 sacrifice:G2378 forG1063 I am notG3756 comeG2064 to callG2564 the righteous,G1342 butG235 sinnersG268 toG1519 repentance.G3341
So, what this is saying is that he desires us to have
compassion/love NOT to be having sacrifices.
The one thing our Father Yahuah has wanted from the
beginning was someone to love and worship him because we truly wanted to do so.
Because we wanted a personal, intimate, one-on-one, DAILY relationship with him
and he with us.
The only way I know to relate this to our earthly sin
nature we live in and our carnal way of thinking is the visual of when you and
your mate or girl/boy friends were dating and fell in love. You wanted to
constantly on a 24-7 basis be near that person to talk and do things with them.
It was hard to say goodbye and leave or be the first to hang up the
phone…….Remember?
What an AWESOME show of LOVE he gave all of us when he willingly gave his life on the cross.

Before starting any study pray that The Holy Spirit will
come and teach and show you Truth.
I had to pray that all previous teachings by anyone else
would be removed and the Holy spirit would teach me and for a large dose of
discernment.
The last 3 of the Old Testament Festivals have not been
fulfilled yet so what do we do? The above study of the feasts will help answer
this question.
I believe through my studies that we no longer keep the
sacrificial ceremonial part of the Old Testament but the feasts only and in
place of sacrifices or freewill offerings we now offer up SACRIFICES of Praise
and Worship and show compassion and love to each other as commanded.
I pray we all will be blessed and led by the Holy Spirit
and our spiritual eyes and ears be opened to the TRUTH of Yahuah’s word and not
lean to our own understanding and the teachings of man.
Have and awesome day and be Blessed!
